Application Process
Step 1
There are two way to apply for English Taught MBBS (Clinical Medicine) program
- Online application
- Apply via Email. ( if you are not familiar with Online process or facing any difficulty)
Online Application
Online Application has two Steps
- Click on the left side of page APPLY NOW and fill the online application upon successful submission of form you will get your application ID note it down and send following documents via email at Admissioncsmu@163.com
- Scan Copy of Passport
- Scan Copy of High School Certificate / Grade 12 / Secondary School Certificate/ A,O Level Certificate
- One Passport Size Picture with White/blue or red background
Apply Via Email
Student has to send us following documents for Admission Application:
- Completely Filled Application Form ( Download)
- Scan copy of High School Certificate/ Grade 12 /Secondary School Certificate/WAEC/ A,O Level Certificate
- Scan Copy of Valid International Passport (with Min. 1 Year Validity)
- One recent Passport size picture with white Background
Student can submit the above mentioned documents via email to us. Email: Admissioncsmu@163.com
Step 2:
After Submission of documents student will get the status of his/her application wihtin 1-3 working days, if the application is accepted student will be provided with the conditional Admission Letter & application fee invoice & will be advised to pay off the application fee within time period specified in the invoice to confirm his/her Admission.
Application fee (200 US$) Covers following charges
- Admission Fee
- JW202 Fee
- DHL Courier ( May Vary )
Upon Verification of Application fee we will proceed for the JW202 form from MOE China,
To Apply for JW202 applicant need to provide the color scan of following documents
- Passport ( All pages)
- Highest Educational Certificate & transcript
- Work Experience letter ( if applicant worked after graduation)
- Physical examination form
- Non-Criminal Certificate
- Sponsor ID or Passport
- Financial sponsor Letter
- Bank statement of sponsor
- 2 Inch Electronic Photo ( preferred with white background)
- China visa and chinese university study letter ( If applicant studied in china before)
- Reward Certificate or Language Certficate ( If any )
- A Self Introduction video
- Affidavit
Note: ALL DOCUMENTS SHOUD BE SCANNED IN COLOR WITH ATLEAST 600dpi
We will send you Admission Package (JW202 /Visa along with Admission Letter) via DHL in at your specific address in your country.(Issuing of JW202 takes Min.5-6 Weeks)
Step 3:
After receiving JW202 You will go to China Embassy to apply X-Visa with following original documents.
- JW202 /Visa Form ( Original and Photo-copy)
- Admission letter ( Original and Photo-Copy)
- All Educational Documents
- Original Passport
- Completely filled Visa application form ( Download)
- Health Check-up Certificate /Physical Examination Form (Download)
- No Criminal Certificate / Police Character Certificate (required for some countries only)
- 8 Passport Size Photographs
Step 4:
Student has to book air ticket and have to send the flight details to our admission office
We will receive student from Changsha Airport in China.
